Response Team Training

With all the natural disasters and an increase in terrorist activities, it is hard to watch TV or listen to the radio without becoming stressed. Many organizations are now preparing for these critical incidents by training lay people to provide basic services in the event of some disaster. My training prepares the responders for the psychological stress of the incident, both their own and the victims’ responses.

This workshop gives an outline of what people can expect to experience both during and after a critical incident. It also gives suggestions to help responders deal with those they are helping. Knowing what to expect can be of tremendous benefit as people then know what is a normal reaction and what is more serious, and how to take care of themselves.
