“I didn’t get a good night’s sleep last night.” That’s a common complaint. Our stressful lives leave us worried at night. Our busy lives prevent us from scheduling enough time to sleep. We also have a lot of worries about what will happen if we don’t get enough sleep.
This workshop begins with basic education about the sleep cycle including dreaming. I then outline several steps that increase the odds of getting a good night’s sleep. People who follow these steps are usually able to get to sleep quicker and wake less during the night. They get a better quality of sleep without the use of medications.
